I even spent 1+ hour with Mac to get stuff straight on 10/10/24 and either it just got completed or will be this is over month later. Mac never completed her tasks of "looking into" rentals questions I posed. Making it worse, I had even written notes for her on paper to remind her to complete with issues. Oh, That's right she took time off, went out of town or not in office...Time to change agents and maybe even companies. I HAVE TOO MANY POLICIES TO GET THIS TREATMENT. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND UPFRONT WITH MY weakening TOLERANCE FOR THE OFFICES LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH and THUS why I met with her 10/10/24.
