"Below was how it used to be..5 STAR.. Now It is terrible. What in the world. I even spent 1+ hour with Mac to get stuff straight on 10/10/24 and either it just got completed or will be this is over month later. Mac never completed her tasks of "looking into" rentals questions I posed. Making it worse, I had even written notes for her on paper to remind her to complete with issues. Oh, That's right she took time off, went out of town or not in office...Time to change agents and maybe even companies. I HAVE TOO MANY POLICIES TO GET THIS TREATMENT. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND UPFRONT WITH MY weakening TOLERANCE FOR THE OFFICES LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH and THUS why I met with her 10/10/24. I UNDERSTAND NOW AFTER DEMANDING TIME WITH MAC, THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUES START. GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU LOOKING FOR A QUALITY AGENCY, keep looking is my opinion. ............................................ Martha isnt there...I miss here quality and work ethic...........Martha is wonderful! She is fast, dependable and reliable. I recommend everyone who mentions insurance to give her a call! She helps me with everything and all my families needs also. Thank you Martha for ALL you do for everyone. 👍😁"

I had no idea a term policy could have a return of premium feature, which is a big deal for me as I’m in the special forces. Knowing that I’m covered if something happens, but also getting my money back at the end of the term if nothing does, is reassuring. Gabrielle is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain various life insurance options, including whole life policies for my children, which are surprisingly affordable at around $20 a month. State Farm was an accidental googling after being frustrated with the first company I called. I was so relieved when a human voice answered the phone and not a “robot”. I was involved in a car accident (hit from behind) and couldn't figure out how to file a claim with the other driver's insurance. "This office should be investigated by State Farm for negligence. They could not figure out how to remove a car from my policy when I traded cars in January and continued to charge me for 2 months. Then they said it was corrected, but when I got an updated statement the date was still and they were charging me for an extra month. Today I found out they canceled the wrong and removed my new car from the policy in what they called an underwriting error. Happy hour must be all day there because there so simply no excuse for this level of error from one office. Update from Mac’s reply 3 days ago. The policy is STILL not showing as accurate."

"After my accident it was difficult to get everything sorted with State Farm, and Iended up paying $500 out of pocket for each visit to the repair shop. Also had my car on the side of the road in Richmond due to AAA and State Farm not getting a tow sorted. I should have payed out of pocket because my keys were left in after waiting 10+ hours for a tow. Of course I had some music equipment stolen out of the truck after my truck was left on the side of a Richmond byway for four days. Due to my driving record partly from the accident I was dropped after being on family insurance for 20+ years. Apparently another two years will have to pass before I am considered for a rate. I was able to get insurance through an Able insurance agent and Trexis Insurance."
