"This office should be investigated by State Farm for negligence. They could not figure out how to remove a car from my policy when I traded cars in January and continued to charge me for 2 months. Then they said it was corrected, but when I got an updated statement the date was still and they were charging me for an extra month. Today I found out they canceled the wrong and removed my new car from the policy in what they called an underwriting error. Happy hour must be all day there because there so simply no excuse for this level of error from one office. Update from Mac’s reply 3 days ago. The policy is STILL not showing as accurate."

"Someone has used my email address for their policy. I have attempted to contact Mac Weems numerous times over the course of 4 months to remedy this situation and I have never heard back. I continue getting emails from her about “my” policy. I have opened a report with State Farm customer service since Mac is glad to participate in FRAUD."

"After my accident it was difficult to get everything sorted with State Farm, and Iended up paying $500 out of pocket for each visit to the repair shop. Also had my car on the side of the road in Richmond due to AAA and State Farm not getting a tow sorted. I should have payed out of pocket because my keys were left in after waiting 10+ hours for a tow. Of course I had some music equipment stolen out of the truck after my truck was left on the side of a Richmond byway for four days. Due to my driving record partly from the accident I was dropped after being on family insurance for 20+ years. Apparently another two years will have to pass before I am considered for a rate. I was able to get insurance through an Able insurance agent and Trexis Insurance."
